ZACK KRANTZ - As you can tell by the pic Virginia's opening day of Spring Gobbler was much different than most. Patience played a big role in Zacks hunt. He waited this gobbler out in the blowing snow till 9:25am when the gobbler showed up alone strutting and not making a peep. Zack's bird had a 9" beard and 3/4 spurs and he harvested him in the New River Valley area of Virginia.
