Doug Heptinstall - Of Roanoke Va.took this Star City Monarch on November 4th, 2012 with his muzzleloader. Doug is the grandfather of both Ty & Parker Heptinstall who are in the Star City WT photo gallery with 2012 deer harvests… The Heptinstall’s got it in their blood!!!
