Wild Rice and Venison Bake

INGREDIENTS:

* 1.5 lbs of ground venison

* 1-1/2 cups of cooked wild rice

* 1 can of cream of mushroom soup

* 1 can of cream of chicken soup

* 1 cup of sliced celery

* 1 cup of sliced mushrooms

* 1 cup of water

* 1 cup of chopped onoins

* 3 teaspoons of soy sauce

 

BAKE:

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Brown venison in a skillet. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into 2 quart casserole dish, cover and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
