
INGREDIENTS:
* 1 lb of ground venison
* 5 strips of bacon (fried crisp)
* 1/4 cup Bacon grease
* 1 tablespoon of spicy mustard
* 2 tablespoons of barbecue sauce
* 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
* 1 tablespoon hot sauce (tabasco preferably)
* 1 egg
Break bacon into small pieces and mix into burger with all the other ingredients. Shape into patties.
**You can fry on medium heat in a skillet or better yet grill em!**
