Here is what you will need to feed 4 people.......
*6 cleaned and quartered wild rabbits
*Soak all rabbit pieces in a saltwater brine overnight-1/2 cup salt and 3 Tbs of Allspice
NOW LET'S GET TO IT.......
*Place brine solution and rabbit pieces in a pot, bring to boil, then turn down and LOW BOIL for 3 hours.
*At the end if 3 hrs of boiling, remove rabbit pieces and shred all meat
COMBINE THE FOLLOWING INGREDIENTS IN A LARGE GLASS BAKING DISH
