INGREDIENTS...
1 cup shrimp
1 cup crawfish
2 cups venison sausage or cubed venison(sausage preferred)
1 cup oysters
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
1 cup roux
1/4 cup chopped onions
2 cloves chopped garlic
2 tsp salt
1 tsp old bay seasoning
1 tbs cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 quarts water dissolve roux in water over medium heat
Add chopped vegetables and cook over low heat for 1 hour
Add seafood & venison and continue cooking for 1/2 hour
Serve over cooked rice of your choice... Serves 8-10
