DEER/ BEAR JALAPENO POPPERS!
This is a simple recipe...Quick and easy
INGREDIENTS
*1 lb venison/ bear tenderloin
* 6 or more jalapeno peppers depending on your audience
* Cream cheese
* Bacon
* Tootpicks-soak in water 1 hour prior
NOW YOU READY TO PREPARE AND GRILL
*Cut the tenderloin into bite sized chunks
* Cut your bacon slices in half
* Take a chuck of loin, a piece of de-seeded jalapeno lathered with cream cheese and wrap it with bacon
* Run a water soaked tooth pick through your popper
* At this point I suggest marinating your collection of poppers in your favorite marinade for a few hours or overnight. Italian dressing serves you well here.
GRILLING
* Grill on medium heat till bacon is done and have at it!!
