INGREDIENTS:
* 1lb ground venison
* 2 tablespoons of milk
* 1-1/2 teaspoons of flour
* 1 can cream of mushroom soup
* (1) 4 ounce can of mushrooms
* 1 can of beef broth
* 1 bag of multi- colored small potatoes- or 4 medium potatoes cut in chunks
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Make patties in usual size, then dip each in the milk and flour, brown both sides until burgers are almost done. Add remaining ingredients and cover and cook slowly on low heat on stove top until the potatoes are done.
